Angle of Front Teeth
The bone for front tooth implants tends to slope forward.
Ensuring the retrievability of implants is crucial for maintenance,
so implants must be made removable. If not, any issues with the implant would require
breaking the prosthetic to remove it.
To address this, a removable hole is created in the prosthetic.
However, the implant direction often aligns with the front tooth bone slope,
causing the hole to be exposed on the front surface of the tooth.
To prevent this, some clinics simply cover the hole with the prosthetic,
which is akin to welding a car hood shut.
Our clinic uses an angulated screw channel, mechanically altering the hole up to 30 degrees
inward to create an aesthetic, removable prosthetic for front teeth.
Even During Treatment

Losing a front tooth is an esthetic emergency.
Aesthetics must be considered even during treatment. Our clinic's in-house lab
creates prosthetics on the same day as surgery, providing temporary prosthetics that closely match the tooth color.
Immediate Placement
In most cases, we attempt immediate placement. If the bone is severely damaged,
we wait until conditions are favorable after bone grafting before proceeding with delayed placement.
